What's The Difference Between The Plans?
The difference between our daily and monthly plans is that the ‘daily’ plan gives you an allocated time each day with an assigned Graphic Designer whereas the ‘monthly’ plan enables you to have a flexible block of hours to be used across a month.
What If I Don't Use My Hours?
With our ‘monthly’ plan, we time track and allow you to roll your hours forward into the following month. With our ‘daily’ plan, we require you to use the hours each business day as these will not be carried forward.
Where Are Your Designers Based?
The majority of the Updesigners team are based in the UK, however, as a fully remote team, we hire based on talent as opposed to locality, so some of our designers are located in other English speaking countries.
How Long Is The Commitment?
All of our plans run every 30 days, and there is no commitment longer than 30 days. To cancel or pause, you simple have to let your account manager know 7 working days prior to your next invoice.
How Do You Assign My Designer?
We make our decision based on a number of different factors, including capabilities required, our designers previous experience in your industry and current design style.
